Please read:

•  All payments are through PayPal or GoDaddy ECommerce.
• Refunds due to manufacturing Defect need to done within 24 hours of you receiving delivery (Date/Time stamped).
• Returns, if you receive the wrong item (different than your order form) it's on US. Alert us and your order will be rectified as soon as possible. For no additional cost.
• All orders will be processed within 24 hours, unless we post a scheduled break or item ordered is a back order.
• Logos and Slogans are Copyrighted, unauthorized use such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. are strictly prohibited.
•  User behavior is is monitored,  Strictly forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. Violators will be banned and reported to the proper Law Enforcement Authority.
• Disable user accounts. Please contact via phone line for further explanation if this occurs
• This is a non Political site. Opinions whether good or bad will not be tolerated.
• ALL LURES ARE MADE BY HAND SO THERE WILL BE PERCEIVED DIFFERENCES, BUT EACH IS ACTUALLY A HANDCRAFTED "WORK OF ART". THERE ARE SLIGHT COSMETIC DIFFERENCES. 
• WARRANTY POLICY: All lures are warranted for 1yr from manufacturer's defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear or misuse or neglect of product is not covered. Glued on eyes are not covered. Claimant must be original purchaser and have purchase receipt.
